- FAQ's | Pelvic Flicks
Pelvic Flicks frequently asked questions. Frequently asked questions Pelvic Flicks General FAQs Do you offer CEU's? As of February 2025, myPFM Academy is an accredited PT CEU provider in TX and reciprocal states.(https://pelvicflicks.com/faqs#reciprocal-states) Pre-approved CEU courses are designated in our directory. For every course you take you will receive a CEU certificate for each course after you take the course survey. At this time, when applicable, you are responsible for submitting that course for approval to the course approval entity in your state. We will provide whatever documents you need for that process. Is there a cancellation fee? No, there is no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime without penalty. If you do decide to cancel someday, please tell us why! We want these resources to help you help more people. Why am I not receiving myPFM emails? • Sometimes these emails end up in your spam or junk inbox. If that is the case, move it to your inbox or reply to the email. That usually alerts your filtering software to deliver subsequent myPFM emails to your main inbox. • Did you check the “subscribe to emails” box when you signed up? Without that box being checked, we can’t send you any of our automated emails. If you aren’t sure, email us connect@myPFM.com. We will help figure it out! What can I expect in terms of emails from myPFM? • Weekly blog. • Monthly “Here’s what is happening” summary. • Weekly newly added course notification. • 1-2 Promotional emails per month highlighting various topics or events. What’s the best way to contact myPFM if I have questions or need support? • The quickest response time will be via email. Please email us anytime day or night at connect@mypfm.com. (connect@mypfm.com.) • For Pro members, we can also address these questions (and anything else that’s on your mind) during your optional monthly 1:1 check-in with Jeanice. Reciprocal States As of Spring 2025, these are the US States that have reciprocity with Texas for PT CEUs. If you are in a state that does not have automatic reciprocity, please research the individual approval process of your state/country/territory.
