Dear MyPFM Scholarship Committee, I am writing to express my deep gratitude for the opportunity to apply for this scholarship and to share my passion for pelvic health. As an occupational therapist dedicated to this field, I have found immense fulfillment in helping individuals improve their quality of life. My capstone project with Integrity Rehab was transformative, allowing me to delve deeply into pelvic health education and practice. The mentorship I received and the skills I developed during that time solidified my commitment to this specialty. Unfortunately, the past year has presented significant challenges. A family illness has placed financial strain on my household, and a recent job situation did not work out as expected, further impacting my ability to pursue continuing education and mentorship opportunities. Despite these hurdles, my passion for pelvic health remains unwavering. I believe in the power of pelvic health education to change lives, and I am committed to contributing to this field with compassion and expertise. This scholarship would enable me to continue my professional growth through MyPFM’s programs, enhancing my ability to serve my community effectively. Thank you for considering my application.
