Frequently asked questions
As of February 2025, myPFM Academy is an accredited PT CEU provider in TX and reciprocal states. Pre-approved CEU courses are designated in our directory. For every course you take you will receive a CEU certificate for each course after you take the course survey. At this time, when applicable, you are responsible for submitting that course for approval to the course approval entity in your state. We will provide whatever documents you need for that process.
Sometimes these emails end up in your spam or junk inbox. If that is the case, move it to your inbox or reply to the email. That usually alerts your filtering software to deliver subsequent myPFM emails to your main inbox.
Did you check the “subscribe to emails” box when you signed up? Without that box being checked, we can’t send you any of our automated emails. If you aren’t sure, email us connect@myPFM.com. We will help figure it out!
